CPC Choir

At CPC, we have a thriving music ministry. Being part of a choir and making a joyful noise to the Lord is an awesome experience! There is something for everyone from 5 years of age through infinity and all of our ministries are open to anyone who is interested. The start of a new program year at CPC is a perfect time for new people to become involved in one of our offerings, so we would like to extend an enthusiastic invitation to all CPC members, friends and guests to consider joining us!

worship through music

Come Sing with Us: Our Adult Choir rehearses every Thursday evening, Sept.-May, 5:30-7:30 pm. As a member of the adult choir, you will be part of a God- centered and spirit-filled fellowship of believers who will embrace you with their love for each other, our church, and our God. You can have the privilege of participating in worship leadership every week through the presentation of anthems and the leading of congregational singing. You can also participate in many outreach/ evangelism opportunities through our choir such as singing for events at other churches, our community, civic and service organizations, and area rest homes.

Music ministry for children and youth
The CPC music ministry for children and youth is designed to help our kids learn to worship God through music and they take an active part in both worship services.  We have two different, age-based programs for children and youth in kindergarten through 12th grade.

Paws- (K-5th)

Our Praise And Worship Skills art program allows children to explore our great God through music, drama, stories and movement! The PAWS program nurtures children's spiritual development as they connect with God and others in a safe, positive environment. The goals of our music program are to help all children find their special and unique voices and use their individual gifts to express their faith and share in the joy of worship. PAWS meets every Thursday after school until 4:20pm and all children in grades K-5 are welcome to join us!

Music Ministry Youth

Youth Worship Team (6th-12th)

The YWT is a worship arts program for grades 6-12 in which we explore the elements of worship, discuss why and how we worship and develop creative ways for youth to lead worship. This group focuses on helping youth express their faith through vocal and instrumental music, as well as drama and narration, in a fun, enthusiastic and supportive environment. Come and join us on Sundays after worship!

YWT meets on Sundays from 12:15pm-1:30pm
